As a guide we would firstly inspect and assess the various buildings, structures and previously painted surfaces for condition and maintenance requirements. We would then report on the condition and provide a costing and suggested maintenance schedule for the various buildings. We could also provide suggestions for improving the appearance or impact of the buildings by varying the colours and finishes selected.
Once a suitable maintenance schedule has been agreed implementation of the program will commence. The works shall be continually monitored for quality and timely completion. The schedule can be altered should it be
found that particular areas need attention or some areas are showing a higher degree of wear than others.
